For participants wishing to stay in the Plymouth area on the night of Saturday 29th September, accommodation is available at the Plymouth Novotel, situated at the end of the A38 dual carriageway as you enter Plymouth. The Ferry Terminal is about 3 miles away on the same side of Plymouth.  

The hotel is offering a special rate of £77 for a twin/double room with full English breakfast (normally £89 - although it may be possible to make an Internet booking for a non-changeable booking for slightly less).  

In order to take advantage of the rate, a reservation should be made direct with hotel stating that this is the Euroclassic Rate for this date. Approximately 50-60 rooms are being held for our group until the end of April.

Documentation & Eligibility Checks  

For participants travelling on the Plymouth - Santander ferry, we are also intending to carry out documentation from the Entrance Foyer of the Novotel, with Eligibility Checks in the car park, both late on the afternoon of Saturday 29th September and during the morning of Sunday 30th September (times to be confirmed).  

For participants not travelling via the Plymouth - Santander route, these formalities will take place prior to the start (location and times to be confirmed) as usual.
