Bill Martland from Misson in Yorkshire normally campaigns a Chevrolet Corvette on the MSA Euroclassic, with much assistance from the team of support mechanics 

 

The 2002 run from Paris to Valencia (via the Airbus factory in Toulouse - hence the cartoon) was no exception and he wrote up an account of the trip for the Corvette Club magazine, detailing the run and the problems he had with his car.
